We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Leader to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Menu Development: Work closely with our Executive Chefs to design and implement new menu ideas that showcase the best of Italian cuisine.
* Chef Management: Ensure that all dishes are prepared efficiently and to a high standard, adhering to our recipes and quality control measures.
* Operational Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, manage food costs, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
* Train and support your team daily, sharing passion and professionalism.
