On behalf of our client in Dublin we are hiring professional and customer-oriented Call Centre Agents to join our their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to clients, resolving inquiries, and assisting with claims processing. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call centre environment. Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, billing, and claims. Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims submissions. Provide accurate information regarding product features, benefits, and claims procedures. Process claims, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and entered accurately. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the companys CRM system. Upsell or cross-sell insurance products where appropriate based on customer needs. Resolve customer complaints in a professional, timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, procedures, and industry regulations. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction. This role is a Hybrid role and after training there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
