Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair complex equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Manage inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.
* Identify and resolve equipment issues proactively to meet productivity targets.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will:
* Perform skilled repairs on automated machinery.
* Ensure plant and equipment are properly maintained, including ventilation systems.
* Work collaboratively with production personnel to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
* Qualified Fitter with 1-2 years post-qualification experience.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
