The Role
This position sits at the centre of operations, providing essential administrative support and coordination between the design team, engineers, installers, and customers.
The role is office-based and full training will be provided.
Administrative Support
Coordinate daily office operations and general admin tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal coordination sessions
Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, updating them on installation timelines and next steps
Collate all required project documentation
Handle basic queries and escalates technical issues to engineers
Project Coordination Support
Coordinate between designers, installers, and sales teams
Prepare project customer packs
Monitor progress and flag delays or missing information
Generate reports on pipeline, installations, and performance metrics
Upload system details to relevant portals
Maintain accurate records on CRM updating all databases accordingly
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication skills - both verbal & written
Familiarity with Zoho CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Basic understanding or an interest in learning about renewable energy systems (Solar PV / Heat Pumps /UFH)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative coordination role.
Previous experience in renewable or construction administration roles is advantageous but not essential.
Fluent English - verbal and written.
