We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Dublin, Ireland office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by accurately documenting and managing customer data in CRM systems.
* Generate new sales opportunities beyond the existing customer base through active prospecting and lead management using RFQs and tender portals.
* Owning the full sales pipeline, including leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts, to meet sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of five years sales experience preferably in the construction or building services industry.
* Proven ability to win new clients and contracts.
* CRM experience is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
* A valid driving license.
