Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support professional to join our team. As an Admin Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, working as part of a multi-functional team, and supporting all units within the Division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Network Supervisors, Project Leaders, and Managers.
* Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Offer outstanding customer service to all Networks customers.
* Actively share knowledge and expertise to foster team development.
* Reporting – Produce accurate and timely reports to support business operations.
* Facilitate and support others in achieving team goals and contribute positively to the development of the team and self.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Working knowledge of and competency in the use of IT systems such as SAP, SAP ISU, FMIS, PHR.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A flexible approach to working.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
* Financial awareness, including understanding of planned vs actual job costs, date management, and job closure processes.
