Job Title:B2B Sales RepresentativeLocation:RemoteWe are a fast-growing eCommerce company in the personal healthcare space. We're looking for aB2B Sales Representativeto join our Sales Team and drive growth through strategic partnerships, wholesale accounts, and business development across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an innovative, international team and play a key role in scaling a modern consumer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & B2B GrowthIdentify, pursue, and secure new B2B sales opportunities, including wholesale partners, healthcare distributors, clinics, and retailers.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and business clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and untapped opportunities in the EU region.Develop and execute outbound sales strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation.Account Management & Revenue ExpansionManage sales pipelines and CRM systems to track performance, forecast revenue, and ensure high client retention.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients to meet company growth targets.Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.Provide customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.Represent the brand in meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.Preferred Skills & QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales within consumer goods, health, wellness, or ecommerceStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM tools and ability to manage a sales pipelineHighly motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environmentComfortable working with cross functional teams such as marketing and operationsKnowledge of online retail platforms is considered a plusFluent in English both in writing and speakingBonus: Proficiency in additional European languages ( Especially Polish, German, Spanish, Italian or French )How to ApplyFollow the link and fill out our application form: We're an international team spread across North America, Europe, and Asia, and we occasionally get together in one of these continents We live by the philosophy, 'Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to.'
