You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.ABOUT THE ROLE:Managing customer invoicing and payment collectionRecording and allocating payments accuratelyLiaising with internal departments to facilitate billing processesPreparing weekly debtor reports for senior finance managementReconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepanciesResponding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely mannerSupporting accounts payable with invoice processing, relevant tax payments, and creditor reconciliationsAssisting with general office administration and ad hoc finance tasks as requiredABOUT THE PERSON:Accounting Technician qualification (an advantage)At least 1-2 years' experience in an accounts receivable, accounts payable or similar accounting roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailA proactive, team-oriented approach
