Are you a people person with a passion for helping customers and achieving results? We're looking for a driven Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our growing Healthcare team in Limerick. In this role, you'll combine your communication skills with your sales experience to deliver outstanding customer support — while maximising opportunities to grow business and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers by phone and email, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Provide knowledgeable advice on our product range, helping customers make informed decisions that best meet their requirements.
* Maximise sales performance by continually meeting individual and team targets, increasing order values, and driving revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling — always in a customer-focused, consultative manner.
* Manage both incoming and outgoing calls to support customers, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to add value.
* Handle repeat and new customer interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate order processing and payment collection.
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
* Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, sharing insights with the wider team to enhance service delivery and business growth.
What We're Looking For
* Min 2 years sales experience: in tele-sales, retail sales or customer service (healthcare experience an advantage).
* A friendly, confident, and professional phone manner with a genuine passion for helping customers.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and IT skills.
* Great organisational and multitasking abilities with strong time management.
* A proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A results-driven mindset, motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
