Compliance Specialist Role
We are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to perform the PCF-12 Head of Compliance role for one of our regulated entities. This position involves preparing and executing on Annual Compliance Plans, conducting Compliance Risk assessments, engaging with regulatory bodies, and providing oversight.
This role requires strong knowledge and experience of EU and Irish financial services regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute on Annual Compliance Plans
* Conduct Compliance Risk assessments
* Engage with regulatory bodies
* Provide oversight
Skills required:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in compliance-related roles. They should possess strong analytical skills, be able to prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrate professionalism at all times when dealing with internal stakeholders or external customers/vendors/client managers etc., A valid driver's license is necessary due mainly because some employees might occasionally visit client premises sites while performing their duties; however please note - having car insurance & being willing occasional travel outside working hours isn't expected though!
