Role Summary
To guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements, we seek a skilled professional to oversee quality processes and ensure manufacturing meets approved specifications.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Quality Team to achieve quality goals and objectives.
* Coordinating assigned elements of the Quality System to ensure full compliance by all personnel.
* Conducting audits with other personnel where required.
* Assisting in customer complaint investigation and coordination of corrective or preventive actions.
* Managing day-to-day CAPA requirements, including timely initiation, investigation, correction, and implementation of effective actions.
* Measuring performance of the Quality System and providing metrics for management review.
* Providing necessary training to plant personnel on quality requirements.
* Verifying effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions arising from product process and quality system non-compliance.
* Ensuring implementation and compliance with relevant regulator requirements.
* Participating in validation activities and ensuring Quality System documentation is thorough, complete, and compliant.
* Inspecting incoming products and managing supplier quality relationships.
