Executive Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders in a Top Tier Firm. This pivotal role requires precision, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
The Role: Provide executive-level support to Senior Partners and other allocated fee earners, anticipating needs and enabling focus on client and management responsibilities. Manage inboxes, diaries, and schedules, including coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones. Organise and optimise complex travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, client packs, and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional administrative support to Senior Partners and other allocated fee earners, including managing inboxes, diaries, and schedules.
* Coordinate meetings and events across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
* Organise and optimise travel arrangements, including preparing detailed itineraries, client packs, and supporting documentation.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business development material, including research and briefing notes for client meetings.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism.
* Handle confidential information with discretion at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Significant experience in a senior-level PA or secretarial role, supporting senior stakeholders.
* Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills, using initiative with a calm and methodical approach.
* Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Flexible and collaborative, with a willingness to assist across the wider team.
