Working Hours: Full Time (40 hrs per week); Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break). We offer flexibility to balance commitments, including medical appointments, parental or caregiving responsibilities, and personal goals.
Salary: €34,798 per annum
Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in our Dublin office (Charlemont Street, Dublin 2)

As an Account Associate, reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Manager for Ireland, you’ll drive new business opportunities and expand our network of employer partners. You will build deep knowledge of Irish businesses, particularly in the technology and green sectors, with a focus on research, outreach, and the organisation of impactful events.

Generation is a charity in Ireland focused on supporting people facing barriers to employment into life-changing careers. Our approach combines profession-specific skills bootcamp training in in-demand sectors (tech, healthcare, green), ongoing pastoral support, and matchmaking with employer partners. Since launching in Ireland in 2020, we have trained over 600 people and achieved a leading industry placement rate. We work with a broad network of corporate and public sector partners and operate as part of a global network dedicated to social impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Event Management: Market research to identify key Irish employer partners in technology and green sectors; proactive outreach to secure meetings and transfer opportunities to the Senior Strategic Account Manager; organise and lead industry events; represent Generation at national networking events; collaborate with B2B Marketing to acquire relevant contacts.
* Partner Vacancy Support: Coordinate vacancies with the Placement Manager and support graduates with job readiness and interview preparation.
* Data Management & Tool Optimisation: Maintain employer data in CRM systems (Salesforce/Outreach); drive data improvements; address data discrepancies and perform data cleansing.
* Other Responsibilities: Identify live self-apply opportunities for learners; contribute to process improvements; coordinate projects outside BAU; provide administrative support for employer accounts.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in a Sales & Marketing function with lead generation responsibilities
* Stakeholder management skills and strong negotiation abilities
* Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Excel) or similar tools
* Start-up mentality with ability to work remotely or independently
