We're working with
a well-established technology business in growth mode as
they look to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of local marketing activity in Ireland and play a key role in driving demand, pipeline and brand visibility.
This is a hands-on, senior role suited to someone who enjoys shaping strategy but also rolling up their sleeves to execute. You'll work closely with sales leadership and a wider international marketing team, with real scope to influence how marketing supports revenue growth.
You'll lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the Irish market, ensuring global initiatives are adapted locally and aligned to commercial goals.
Key areas will include:
* Owning and delivering the local marketing plan, including campaigns, events and partner-led activity
* Working closely with sales to support lead generation, pipeline growth and consistent messaging
* Creating and overseeing strong B2B content such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations and digital assets
* Managing always-on digital activity across SEO, paid search, social and online campaigns
* Coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns
* Tracking performance, analysing results and adjusting activity to maximise impact
* Providing clear reporting and insights to local leadership

* A strong track record of delivering campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth
* Solid digital marketing experience across content, social, paid and analytics
