Agile Transformation Lead
A leading organisation is undergoing a major Agile transformation and seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to drive collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow in a large-scale Agile Release Train.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and system demos
* Drive value flow using SAFe, Kanban, and related Agile frameworks
* Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven RTE experience in complex enterprise environments
* Strong knowledge of SAFe; SAFe RTE certification highly desirable
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)
