It will give the successful candidate exposure and experience across various engineering and project management disciplines, as well as opportunities for interaction with Operations, suppliers, end-users, and other third-party bodies. There will be opportunities to contribute and make a valued impact within the wider PepsiCo community also, through involvement in global programs and initiatives. Graduate development and mentoring will be key focus areas.Reporting to either the Global Automation Associate Engineering Manager or the Global OT Associate Engineering Manager, the Automation Engineering Graduate will provide day-to-day support of the site operations. They will build their capability and develop subject matter expertise in key areas, which will contribute to building the overall capability of the Global Automation Engineering Team. They will leverage this newfound knowledge and expertise by solving complex technical problems. They will contribute towards driving productivity, efficiency, and best practice in all aspects of the business. They will ensure compliance to both internal and external regulations in all their engineering activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support to the site control system while shadowing senior automation engineers.
