We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our Liss Ard Estate Kitchen Team. The successful candidate works alongside a talented team of chefs.
* Breakfast Chef 6am-2pm 3-4 days per week
* 2 years minimum experience

Responsibilities:
* Food prepared and cooked in accordance with the Liss Ard Estate (Relais & Chateaux) standards.
* Fully conversant with food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Creativity and passion for working with locally sourced food,
* A working knowledge of dietary requirements.
* Maintaining high standards and in line with HACCP regulations
* Full prep and service of Breakfast
* Set up and service of Lunch
* Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Experience working within a luxury environment
* A team 'player' well able to take direction.
* Knowledge and experience with the speedy preparation of a breakfast.
* Valid Manual Handling and Food Safety (HACCP) Level 2 certificates are required; ongoing onsite training will be provided by LSE.
* Valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland without restriction·
