Barden is proud to partner with a leading financial systems provider to assist in their search for a Financial Systems Support Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical support professional with SunSystems experience to join an established company with a strong reputation in the Irish market.
About the Role:
* Provide 1st/2nd line technical support for SunSystems and integrated financial applications
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
* Perform data imports/exports between financial systems.
* Assist with basic system configurations and upgrades.
* Work closely with implementation consultants on client projects.
* Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
About the Person:
* Experience in technical support/helpdesk roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments and SQL databases.
* Experience supporting SunSystems.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills for software and networking issues.
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
