Job Description:
The successful candidate will work on creating a novel framework that integrates Open-BIM standards with digital twin technology. This will involve exploring data-driven analysis and leveraging cutting-edge digital construction tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in BIM/digital construction tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, IFC-based platforms)
* Programming experience (preferably Python)
* Data analysis and visualization expertise
* Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: construction management, engineering, architecture, digital construction, sustainability, retrofit innovation, data-driven analysis, IoT integration, machine learning application
