Debt Services Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage an operations team, driving excellence in debt services. This role requires strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to oversee daily operations and meet service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage an operations team to achieve exceptional results.
* Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
* Setup and Credit Agreements: Review and analyze setups and credit agreements to identify areas for improvement.
* Escalation Management: Manage client escalations and analyze reports to drive resolution and improvement.
* Culture Development: Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
* Education: University or college degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
* Designation: Relevant professional designation (preferred).
* Experience: Experience in fund administration or financial services, especially private credit.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of Syndicated or Private loans and credit agreements.
* Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
