Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team with various tasks. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase invoices, preparing monthly sales invoices, and reconciling supplier statements.
You will also be responsible for daily bank reconciliations and reconciling company credit cards. Additionally, you will assist with customer account management, send bill reminders to customers who have outstanding payments due.
Skills & Qualifications
1. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Sage or similar accounts packages is desirable but not mandatory;
2. An excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently are necessary traits;
