This role ensureshigh-quality, efficient service, proactive customer relationships, and continuous improvement in operations.You will represent theVoice of the Customer (VOC)in the management team, drive operational excellence, and manage commercial terms, pricing, and contract compliance.This role will work closely with the Key Account Manager (groups) and will be a hybrid position. Travelling is required for this role 1 to 2 days per week visiting individual customers.
