Process Technician S3 Job Description
This position involves working in a regulated Medical Device facility with responsibilities including data analysis, process improvement, preventative maintenance, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preventative Maintenance & Calibrations
* Continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical systems for maximum availability and equipment reliability
* Update and maintain maintenance records in an organized manner
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated controls, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems
* Participate in training and development programs for cross-skilling and job-related competencies
* Work in compliance with site Safe Systems of Work and collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, and other departments
Requirements:
* Completion of Mechanical/Electrical/Multiskilled Apprenticeship or NFQ Level 6 qualification
* Experience in Medical Devices or a similar industry is an advantage
* Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings would be an advantage
* Experience of working on and maintaining Electrical and Mechanical equipment in a regulated industry
* Experience with SAP-based Computerised Maintenance Management System and electronic Maintenance Request Systems
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong planning and organizational ability
