We are presently recruiting for a Finance Manager for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. You will oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting. You will manage costs, track job costs, manage vendor payments, optimize pricing, and ensure projects remain profitable and financially sustainable. This is a full-time position, based in Tralee, County Kerry. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for review by the senior management team. Carry out bookkeeping work enter accounts data and carry out reconciliations (Sage 50). Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR): create invoices, follow up on payments, pay suppliers, and keep credit control up to date. Prepare and submit returns and other statutory filings through ROS. Prepare sales and gross profit reports to support business decisions. Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets and forecasts. Liaise with the payroll provider: provide all payroll information, and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. Keep on top of all payroll and financial compliance and reporting requirements. Look for ways to improve finance processes, reduce costs and make the business run more efficiently. Carry out other finance-related tasks as they arise Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Qualified Accountant or similar finance qualification. Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting/finance experience. Extensive and strong experience using Sage 50 is essential, including advanced knowledge of all key functions and reporting features. Proficiency with ROS (Revenue Online Service). Experience managing payroll, bookkeeping administration, AP, and AR. Salary is based on experiences and in the region of €50 55,000.
