Job Description:

The organization is currently undergoing a period of IT transformation, and as part of this, they are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to play a key role in shaping the delivery of IT services across the organization.
\
This newly created position will be central to overseeing the day-to-day IT service operations, including managing supplier performance, contracts, and relationships, as well as leading internal ICT support staff with a focus on mentoring and development.
\
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of ICT to maintain service excellence, drive performance through SLAs and KPIs, strengthen IT governance, and help deliver secure, future-ready technology solutions.
