Overview We are looking for a creative and organised Omni-Channel Executive to support the delivery of seamless customer experiences across our app, online, and in-store channels.
This role is suited to someone with 2-3 years' experience who is confident executing day-to-day marketing activity and eager to grow into a more digital-focused position over time.
Key Responsibilities Support and execute omni-channel campaigns across app, online, and in-store touchpoints.
Coordinate the delivery of both online and offline material, including digital creative and digital ad assets, website content, POS, and in-store materials.
Develop and adapt marketing content while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Assist with personalisation, direct marketing, and targeted customer communications.
Contribute to content creation (including using AI tools) and support community management across digital platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Monitor campaign progress, flag potential issues early, and assist with problem-solving and escalation where needed.
Provide project and administrative support to the Marketing team, including the Head of Marketing.
Skills Experience 2-3 years' relevant experience in marketing, digital, content, or a related area.
Strong creative skills with the ability to interpret briefs and follow brand guidelines.
Good understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and personalisation techniques.
Solid organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, curious, and keen to continue developing skills in digital and omni-channel marketing.
