We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join the growing Scurri team.
Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, the successful applicant will play a critical role in the development and management of our products and thereby our commercial success.
It is anticipated that applicants will have 2 years+ Product Management experience within the SaaS industry and a track record of successfully contributing to the product process in a fast moving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the translation of business goals into actionable product plans and prioritiesContribute to building and maintaining an outcome-focused product roadmapAssist in executing product strategy through close collaboration with product and engineering teamsWork with Engineering Managers and squads to ensure alignment on product requirements and timelinesHelp coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering—to support product deliveryParticipate in planning and delivering product features and improvementsConduct user and market research to understand customer needs and pain pointsGather and share insights with key stakeholders to inform product decisionsHelp identify product opportunities and understand the competitive landscapeSupport the tracking and reporting of key product performance metricsBuild strong working relationships across teams to support product launches and adoptionHelp manage feedback, requirements, and issues for products that are liveAssist the Principal Product Manager with research, documentation, best practices, and team initiatives Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRecognised and appropriate Third Level qualification2+ years experience in an Agile or Lean environment working with development squads2+ years experience supporting product development in an Agile or Lean environmentExperience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designersConfident communicator with strong collaboration and facilitation skillsComfortable working with technical teams and able to engage in discussions about product decisions and basic architectureStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset—can simplify complex topics for different audiencesAble to manage competing priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environmentOpen to travel within the EU and beyond, depending on team or product needsDriving licence required BenefitsAt Scurri we feel it's important to hire highly motivated and talented people, make sure they are looked after and to give them the tools and the freedom to get things done.
