Location: Citywest, Dublin (Hybrid – Onsite 1 week/month, 3 weeks from home)

Our Client is hiring a Senior Manager, Employee Relations to join our well-established ER function, supporting approximately 2,000 employees across Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact team and work closely with the Head of HR for Ireland. You will serve as a trusted advisor, lead ER best practices, and help strengthen employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and provide expert advice on complex ER cases, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
* Drive strategic ER initiatives, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across our Ireland operations.
* Coach and advise HR Generalists and business leaders on ER issues, offering practical, solution-oriented guidance.
* Partner with local and global ER teams, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to influence and align ER strategy..
* Navigate ER risk with the appropriate confidentiality, compliance, and judgment in all matters.
* 8+ years of senior HR experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
* Proven experience managing the full ER lifecycle: investigations, performance, discipline, coaching, and more.
* Track record in navigating complex, sensitive ER matters in large private-sector organizations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you know how to build trust, tell a story with data, and influence decision-making.
* Highly empathetic, pragmatic, and solution-driven – comfortable delivering difficult messages when needed.
* Solid analytical skills, sound judgment, and comfort with ambiguity and change.
* A degree in HR or a related field (CIPD qualification is a plus).
* Based in ROI, with the ability to attend Connect Week (5 consecutive onsite days monthly at Citywest, Dublin).
Open only to candidates with either EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
