The opportunity
You will join a team of Executive Assistants, leveraging your business communication skills to build effective relationships with senior leaders and partners, focusing on internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for Partners
* Managing diaries and resolving conflicts independently
* Proactive travel arrangements and visa assistance
* Organizing logistical details for meetings and events
* Processing expenses and invoices in accordance with policies
* Preparing and submitting timesheets
* Understanding business priorities through engagement with Partner teams
* Supporting internal projects as needed
* Coordinating with wider EA teams and the EY network
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Preparing documentation for meetings
* Managing email communications and prioritizing responses
* Revising internal and client documents
* Maintaining and updating client databases and CRM contacts
