Your Responsibilities:
* Provide expert
Salesforce application support
, focusing on incident resolution, performance monitoring, and operational health checks.
* Manage
user access, permissions, and case handling
within Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
* Monitor data loads, integrations, and system alerts, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
* Drive
process automation and continuous improvement
within Salesforce operations.
* Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with ITSM standards.
About You:
* 4-5 years of experience in
Salesforce application or operational support
roles.
* Strong understanding of
Sales and Service Cloud
, data management, and integration monitoring.
* Proficiency in
ServiceNow or Remedy
, and familiarity with
Splunk, Dynatrace, or Omnibus
.
* Basic knowledge of
UNIX scripting
and
relational databases
(e.g., Oracle).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
