Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide insight and analysis, delivering tangible business value across the business.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and document key functional and non-functional requirements of identified data assets. This includes regulatory, commercial, financial, sales, and operations semantic models, reports, apps, or dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing new analyses, reports, semantic models, dashboards, ML models, and other insights delivered to customers directly or through a Business Intelligence platform.
Requirements:
* A BSc or above in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Applied Science, Engineering, Maths) or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with demonstrated requirement specification, data gathering, data compilation, data quality checking, automating manual tasks, and report delivery within deadlines.
* High attention to detail regarding analyses/output checking.
* Knowledge of utility industry data entities and their relationships.
* Skills in database querying using SQL and experience using analytics tools such as Python.
