Overview
Customer Service Executive - Fluent French - Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:30 at Workhuman.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of office attendance in our Park West location.
Responsibilities
* You will be the voice of Workhuman and the first point of contact for our customers, with the aim of delivering a positive customer experience.
* You will own, document, and resolve issues such as why customers contact us, how we have resolved their issues, and what we can do better next time.
* Provide support for day-to-day issues (e.g., password requests) and more complex issues (e.g., supply chain problems) via phone or email.
* Focus on solving issues rather than simply closing cases and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Workhuman experience.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancements in how we work with customers.
Qualifications
* Full fluency in French and English.
* Strong focus on customer experience and the urgency with which it should be delivered.
* Ability to build respectful relationships with colleagues and customers across geographies and cultures.
* Ambitious, hard-working, positive, and career-focused attitude.
* Customer relationship-building skills.
* Ability to use technology systems accurately to update customer records and comply with automated workflows.
