Job Description
The Senior Project Controls Manager will operate in a collaborative supporting team environment, ensuring that client objectives are met.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
* Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to create and implement schedules and identify risks.
* Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
* Undertake "what if" / scenario analysis on schedules.
* Prepare and update cash flow projections regularly.
* Provide forecasts for project completion, manhours, and resources to optimize cost forecasting.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.
Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience.
* BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred.
* Regional experience with professional consultancy is necessary.
* Advanced Knowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software.
* Experience withing PMO environment preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Professional working knowledge of project management and Planning software and tools
