Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations with a target-driven approach to key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
* Maintain excellent shop floor presentation through continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained through effective inventory management.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Full driving license.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
