Job Purpose:
The Night Hygiene Manager will lead, manage, and develop the Hygiene team, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment. The role involves continual improvement of hygiene practices, team development, and the implementation of safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Development: Attract, retain, and develop team members. Ensure that the team is well-prepared for current and future challenges, fostering a culture of care, commitment, and trust.
2. Leadership: Develop strong leaders with effective delegation skills. Promote personal and team development, ensuring a robust succession plan is in place.

Requirements:
7. Experience in managing hygiene standards and safety compliance ideally in a food production environment.
8. Team management experience.
9. Strong communication skills (internal, cross-functional, and external)
10. Ability to manage and improve KPIs related to quality, cost, and environmental impact
