Job Opportunity:
The role of Health and Safety Technical Lead is to support the development and implementation of a company-wide health and safety strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the roll out of safety management systems, tools, processes, and procedures to ensure health and safety compliance.
* Developing action plans to address health and safety non-compliances identified across different teams.
* Providing specialist health and safety advice to ensure strategy and organisational compliance are embedded in policies and procedures.
* Identifying occupational health and safety requirements for functional areas and working with stakeholders to scope organisational needs at a team level.
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification or accreditation, or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years' experience in the water, utilities or similar industries.
* Demonstrated people management skills, including strong change management and conflict resolution abilities.
* Experience coaching technical skills and abilities in others.
