Deputy Hotel Manager Role
This stylish hotel in Co Meath has recently refurbished bedrooms and is a popular venue for weddings. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to oversee the smooth daily operations of the hotel, focusing on Bar and Club responsibilities.
Duties include:
* Promote exceptional customer care standards at all times
* Maintain high personal hygiene and grooming standards
* Attend weekly departmental meetings and follow up on outstanding issues
Main Responsibilities: 1) Floor walk of each area ensuring maintained standards; Effectively communicate with managers & senior staff daily; Manage Porter department providing training when needed to improve quality. Manage Accommodation dept performing regular room inspections Oversee float management system ensure proper procedures followed Focus on occupancy figures VIP groups no-shows events bookings bar numbers complaints Carry out weekly spot checks Have visible presence during busy periods Assist wedding show rounds Provide coverage for Conference & Banqueting dept as required Deal with guest complaints queries Handle emergency situations efficiently professionally Act as hotels Health Safety Officer
