We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Leader to lead our care teams, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of safety and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the care facility.
* E nsure exceptional quality of care and resident safety.
* Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards.
* Support, mentor, and develop nursing and support staff.
* Implement effective policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Requirements:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in nursing management, preferably in elderly care.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
