The project: It is a generational project providing Dublin and Ireland with a much-needed world class Metro system to support the fast-growing population. The project is an 18.8km fully autonomous Metro system, consisting of 16 stations, 2 significant tunnelled section and a number of significant structures along the alignment. The project will integrate existing transportation systems through the city and surrounding areas, including the Dublin airport, Irish Rail and the LUAS. The successful candidate must lead by example and serve as a role model ensuring the highest standards are adopted across the project.

* You will manage other Cost Consultants to identify and execute opportunities that improve cost management procedures, templates and products to enhance services provided to stakeholders.
You'll need to have:
* Degree in a related field such as engineering, quantity surveying, business management, accounting, economics or equivalent qualification in Project Controls, or a related discipline.
* Significant experience in cost engineering or project controls within complex project environments.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
You'll also have:
* Experience in infrastructure, rail, civil engineering, major programmes, large scale government projects, energy, defence, or major capital projects.
* Familiarity with risk management and change management.
* Professional accreditation or working towards membership of a relevant body (e.g., ACostE, ICE, RICS).
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience of developing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
