Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Europe's Largest Airline Group!

This role will focus on attracting top talent for Ryanair Labs, our technology division located in Dublin and Portugal.
Ryanair Labs comprises over 620 IT professionals who significantly contribute to the airline's ongoing success and expansion.
Responsibilities include: Managing the entire recruitment process, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates.Serving as the primary contact for HR legislation, visa procedures, and related queries.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for various roles.Handling all recruitment-related inquiries, including applicant questions, role-specific queries, and ATS management.Enhancing Ryanair's employer brand by participating in job fairs, hosting open days, and visiting universities.Providing weekly reports on recruitment activities.Performing additional duties as required.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience recruiting for technology roles such as Software Development, Data, InfoSec, etc.Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably SAP or SuccessFactors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.BenefitsDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 235 destinations.Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.Death in Service Benefit—up to 2 times the annual basic salary.Starting with 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year.
