Job Description Role Overview The Legal Executive will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team, responsible for managing title deed documents, liaising with clients and solicitors, and preparing accurate legal and administrative outputs.
Due to the nature of the work, this role requires physical handling of original Title Deeds and therefore functions on an on-site basis.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Review, catalogue, and schedule original Title Deeds to ensure accurate and secure records.
Issue Title Deeds on Account Trust Receipt, Undertaking, and Final Receipt.
Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders to progress matters in a timely manner.
Maintain and update a comprehensive tracker of all active conveyancing cases.
Assist with the drafting of deeds of release and discharge.
Prepare and process invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
Ensure all documentation is produced with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data effectively.
Qualifications Skills Experience Required A minimum of 3 years' experience in a conveyancing role is essential Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
