Site Operations Manager
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing site operations to ensure successful program delivery, adhering to HSEQ standards and company processes. The successful candidate will lead a team of overhead line staff, coordinating work packages to meet agreed timescales and programme plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of Personnel and Workstack: Oversee the management of personnel and workstack to ensure effective resource allocation.
* Work Package Coordination: Coordinate work packages to ensure timely delivery, adhering to programme plans and KPIs.
* Resource Management: Provide weekly resource capacity, manage time sheets, and sign-off sheets.
* HSEQ Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSEQ regulations, conducting risk assessments and providing method statements as required.
* Quality Assurance: Promote a zero-defect culture, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
* Stock Control: Monitor and control vehicles/plant, eliminating wastage and requesting POs prior to hire/purchase.
