Compensation Claims Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Motor Injury Team. As a Compensation Claims Specialist, you will manage a diverse portfolio of motor injury claims, making informed decisions and negotiating settlements that are fair and cost-effective.
* Manage a portfolio of motor injury claims from straightforward to complex cases.
* Make confident, well-informed liability decisions and negotiate settlements.
* Provide clear, empathetic support to customers throughout the claims journey.
The ideal candidate has APA or CIP qualification, experience managing injury claims, and a customer-first mindset. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive claims to resolution.
