 
        About the RoleWH Scott Group is looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage the day-to-day payroll process for our teams across the UK and Ireland.This is a part-time position that offers flexibility in location and hours. You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to the HR and Finance departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on timeMaintain and update employee payroll recordsCalculate overtime, holiday pay, and deductionsLiaise with HR and Finance regarding new starters, leavers, and changesEnsure compliance with relevant tax and employment legislation (UK & Ireland)Respond to payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely mannerPrepare payroll reports for managementAbout YouPrevious experience managing payroll (UK and/or Ireland)Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesDiscreet and professional when handling confidential informationWhat We OfferPart-time role with flexible working optionsSupportive, friendly team cultureCompetitive hourly rateOpportunity to work across two countries within a growing group
