Our client is seeking an
HR Onboarding Specialist
to join their team in Dublin. This is an onsite role, offered initially on a three-month contract with strong potential to go permanent.
This opportunity will suit someone ambitious with recruitment or HR experience who enjoys onboarding, building relationships, and improving processes.
You'll manage the full onboarding journey, from contracts and pre-employment checks to induction coordination and employee support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires. Acting as a key link between HR, hiring managers, and new employees, you'll play a vital part in shaping first impressions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver all aspects of onboarding for new employees.
* Coordinate contracts, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
* Partner with recruiters, managers, and HR teams to align on timelines.
* Build strong relationships with new hires, ensuring they feel supported.
* Look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
Experience:
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a people-focused role.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
