We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative & Corporate Services Assistant to provide essential support to our managers and clients.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and corporate compliance tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain company registers for clients and file statutory returns with the Companies Registration Office.
Preparation of meeting materials.
Manage incoming calls and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.
Conduct research and support special projects as assigned.
Maintain accurate and consistent contact records and develop efficient information retrieval systems.
Manage and maintain due diligence files for clients.
Oversee general office administration, including post, couriers, archiving, and filing.
Provide assistance to colleagues and contribute to team projects.
Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Italian language skills are an advantage but not essential.
