30–40 hours per week
Schedule: Weekends required, with flexible availability
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Tufting & Pottery Studio Supervisor to join our creative studio team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, customer-focused environment and is excited to learn new creative skills. No prior tufting or pottery experience is required and full training will be provided.
You'll help oversee studio sessions, support customers, and ensure the studio runs smoothly, especially during busy weekend periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise tufting and pottery studio sessions during weekends
* Learn and assist with tufting techniques and basic pottery maintenance(training provided)
* Provide excellent customer service and support to guests
* Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming studio space
* Use initiative to solve problems and support daily operations
* Assist with scheduling changes and adapt to studio needs
* Communicate professionally via email and internal tools
* Support basic social media activities and studio content as needed
Requirements & Skills
* Weekend availability is essential
* Strong customer service experience
* Organized with the ability to multitask
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
* Empathetic, friendly, and professional demeanor
* Adaptable and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
* Basic computer skills, including:
* Email
* Google Docs and Google Sheets
* Experience using social media platforms
* Canva knowledge preferred
* Valid driver's license is ideal but not required
