The Company
We are working with a leading Irish financial services firm headquartered in Dublin City Centre, specialising in leasing, asset finance, and broader commercial lending.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a busy finance environment
* Assist with the processing and administration of finance and leasing agreements
* Action account updates, payments, documentation requests, and customer queries
* Process direct debits and manual payments accurately and efficiently
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
* Support complaint handling in line with regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
* Completed third-level degree (business, finance, or related discipline preferred)
* Approx. 6 months' experience in an office or customer service role
* High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
* Motivation to build a long-term career in financial services
* Willingness to pursue professional qualifications (APA / QFA)
