This is a remote, full-time role based in Ireland or the UK, with approximately 25% international travel to LMICs where events and symposiums are hosted.

Our Mission
Diagnexia aims to bridge the global gap in pathology diagnostics, especially in LMICs, by providing equitable access through a global outreach program. Our initiatives include pro bono consultations, education, capacity-building, and digital tools to empower local pathologists.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement our global outreach strategy for digital pathology expansion in LMICs.
* Lead development of our digital case archive and flagship scanner deployment programs, establishing partnerships with vendors, healthcare institutions, and NGOs.
* Secure funding from charities, foundations, and corporations.
* Build strategic alliances with healthcare providers, governments, and universities.
* Manage a network of 200+ pathologists and establish educational partnerships.
Program Management & Outreach
* Oversee growth of low-cost diagnostic consultations, aiming for 5,000 per year.
* Collaborate with marketing to craft outreach messaging, create content, host webinars, and manage stakeholder communications using HubSpot CRM.
Impact & Reporting
* Define KPIs aligned with 2025 goals, analyze outcomes, and report impact to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in healthcare, med tech, or related outreach; pathology experience is a plus.
* Proven success in working with healthcare systems in LMICs.
* Strong track record in securing grants and fundraising.
* Expertise in building healthcare partnerships and cross-cultural engagement.
* Creative community building, content, and marketing skills.
* Proficiency with webinar platforms and CRMs (preferably HubSpot).
* Hands-on, delivery-focused, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
