Job Title : Senior Facilities Project Manager

Position Summary:
Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
This is a highly specialized individual contributor role that requires deep expertise from a professional or technical thought leader in their respective field or discipline. The job provides technical guidance and direction for the area of specialization and requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgment based on factual and qualitative analysis in complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute Facilities, Utilities, and HVAC projects on site at the Additive Manufacturing facility.
* Plan and manage multiple projects in coordination with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
* Develop project charters, management plans, and detailed schedules (Gantt charts).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, budget, and timelines.
* Drive quality, risk, and procurement management activities.
* Estimate, assign, and manage project resources and roles.
* Develop deployment plans that minimize production disruption.
* Create and execute communication and stakeholder management plans.
* Build effective working relationships across departments.
* Demonstrate emotional intelligence, strong team management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Deliver results under demanding timelines and adapt to changing environments.
* Incorporate feedback to refine project scope and communicate updates effectively.
* Align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure customer focus.
* Exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions despite ambiguity.
Qualifications & Skills
* Level 8 NFQ degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
* Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of GMP, ISO 41001, and facilities management tools/software.
* Familiarity with EH&S standards and practices.
* Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
* Strong commitment to Quality, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively within teams.
* Growth mind set and adaptability to changing environments.
